Connecting Rotary Resources with schools and other community partners to better help our youth, ages 16 to 26.
Goals of the projects, programs and other resources offered through this website are to:

Teach soft job skills like expressing interest, setting goals, filling out applications, interviewing, and following through.

Connecting youth and young adults with opportunities to meet and get to know community members who can connect them with jobs.

Build hope by expanding knowledge of opportunities and how to pursue them.
Purpose
Our community cannot afford to waste talent. We are stronger when every member has an opportunity to develop and contribute their unique talents. Our purpose is to help youth and young adults to make the connections they need to move forward and succeed in jobs and in life.
Resources
Rotarians are committed to service and community. Our group mentoring programs help youth build connections and skills. Sponsoring clubs for 2019-2020 are Columbia Metro, Rotary Club of Columbia (Downtown), Sunrise Southwest and Rotaract. Find out more about the resources available through Rotary for youth here.
